Keep Going
The Generous Wife
There are so many things in my life that require a certain level of stick-to-it-tive-ness. It often feels trying and some days it’s exhausting.
Count it all joy, my brothers [brothers and sisters], when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
James1:2-4 ESV
Turns out steadfastness is a good and necessary thing. 🙂
Certainly, I see that in practical ways in my work, but as a marriage concept it is huge. Relationships need to be nurtured and grown. That takes a level of energy and perseverance.
Honor the process. Keep growing, keep trying, keep learning, keep investing in your marriage.
