To create an account, click the Register button on the top right corner of the Homepage. Provide your First Name, Last Name and Email and accept the Terms and Conditions.
You will receive an email which provides you the Username and Password to Sign-in to your account. In case you don't receive an email from us, please check your spam folder.

We have three membership options: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The features of each type of membership can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
To edit your profile click on the "Edit my Profile" button. Select the membership type or listing that you want. After selecting the type of membership you can edit your profile listing and publish for other members to view.
You can change your password by going to My Account, then click My Details. You should be able to see the Password menu on the top. Enter your new password and confirm it.
Don’t forget to click Save Changes. If your new password is accepted, you will get a message on screen indicating “Password Updated” on the My Details page and a confirmation to the email address that you provided us.
Another way to reset your password is to go to the Sign-In page and click “Lost Password”. You would be able to receive a confirmation on your email about the password reset. Click the link on that page so you can reset your password.

You can upload up to 3 photos to your profile. They each need to be in a JPG, BMP or GIF format.
To add or delete photos on your profile click on the “My Photos” button. To add click on the “Browse” button and select your photo. Choose which photo you would like to be your “Profile Photo”. You have the option to choose your feature image. Simply drag the photo that you have added on the top position and the topmost photo will be your Profile Photo.This is the image that everyone will see when they do a search and find your profile. When they click on the profile they will see the other images you put on there.

Verified accounts are more appealing to other members because your identity is confirmed.
Your account can be verified by filling-in the My Details section of your account including your address and we will kick-off the verification process.

The Username is uniquely generated by our system. We do not allow our members to change the Username that was provided during the Registration confirmation.
You can edit the information that you have provided through “Edit my profile”. However, the Username cannot be changed as it is system generated.

Memberships with listings are not renewed automatically. If you want to renew your listing, you can place an order again. Refer to the Use of Service in our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Heavenly Unions does not provide refunds or partial refunds on membership cancellations, because we do not do recurring billing. Refer to our Terms and Conditions.
All electronic payment processing is done through our third party processor Stripe in USD currency, please see https://stripe.com. Credit card information is never stored on our servers, as it is securely processed through Stripe services.
At this time, we do not accept Paypal payments, but only electronic payments through Stripe payment processing.
